The 1st International Conference of Sport Countries was held in 2003, with the participation of 28 countries that approved the Barcelona Declaration.

After five years of work the 2nd International Conference of Sport Countries was held on the subject of sport and health policies. It was also decided to strengthen and diversify the net organization.
